Remote coherence sessions are one-on-one, relational spaces designed to support nervous system regulation and internal coherence –– wherever you are.
We begin the same way I begin in person:
Let's take a moment to arrive.
From there, we orient to what is most present in your body. Through guided awareness, breath pacing, subtle sound, and intentional pauses, we support your system in settling before addressing what needs attention.
You may be invited to:
~ Place your own hands for grounding or scar + adhesion support
~ Track sensation with curiosity rather than urgency
~ Work with breath or gentle vocal tone
~ Integrate through stillness and intentional closure
These sessions are not about performing calm or fixing a problem.
They are about cultivating regulation from within –– with steady relational support.
Each session follows a clear arc:
Orient > Regulate > Address > Integrate
You remain an active participant in your own coherence.
