Support for your body –– offered remotely
Not all meaningful work requires physical contact.
We begin the same way we would in person: by taking a moment to arrive.
From there, we orient to what's most present in your body. I'll guide you through simple, practical ways to work with what you're noticing –– using touch, breath, and small, intentional movement.
You may be invited to:
~ Use your own hands for grounding or scar support
~ Work with therapy balls or simple tools
~ Track sensation with curiosity
~ Follow your breath or gentle sound
~ Slow down and integrate through stillness
These sessions aren't about performing calm or fixing a problem.
They're a way to build awareness and support from within –– with guidance, structure, and a steady presence alongside you.
Sessions follow a natural rhythm: arriving, warming, more focused work, and time to settle and integrate.
