Remote Support

Remote Support

Remote sessions offer grounded support for people navigating stress, transition, overwhelm, grief, recovery, or periods of disconnection from themselves.

These sessions are slower, conversational, and responsive — creating space for regulation, reflection, embodiment, and reconnection from a distance.

What Sessions May Include:
  • guided grounding or breath awareness
  • nervous system support
  • conversation and reflection
  • embodiment practices
  • self-touch or scar support guidance where appropriate
  • sound or listening practices
  • integration support during periods of stress, recovery, or transition
Pace & Approach
Remote sessions are not about fixing, diagnosing, or performing healing from a distance.

They are a space for slowing down, listening carefully, and reconnecting with the body and nervous system through grounded relational support.
