Ceremonial Sound

Ceremonial Sound

I offer sound-based support for memorials, gatherings, land-based events, and transitional moments where presence, attentiveness, and pacing matter.

These offerings are less performance-oriented and more focused on creating grounded environments for reflection, listening, connection, and transition.

Instruments & Approach
Depending on the setting, sound may include didgeridoo, bowls, tuning forks, drum, flute, chimes, voice, silence, or other simple acoustic elements.

Each offering is shaped in relationship with the people, place, and purpose of the gathering rather than following a fixed format.

Contexts May Include:

  • memorials and grief gatherings
  • land-based events or ceremonies
  • small group sound gatherings
  • collaborative offerings
  • transitional or threshold moments
  • grounding support during retreats or gatherings

Tone & Intention
This work is grounded, relational, and responsive to context.

The intention is not to overwhelm or perform transformation, but to support presence, connection, reflection, and meaningful pacing within shared spaces.

Details:
  • available for small gatherings and collaborative events
  • based in western North Carolina
  • reciprocity discussed based on context and scope
