Sound & Group Work
Coherence Through Listening
Sound offers a direct pathway to regulation and relational awareness. In both individual and group settings, sound-based sessions create a grounded container where the nervous system can settle and awareness can expand without pressure.
I facilitate sound experiences using tuning forks, vocal toning, and a diverse array of acoustic instruments, woven together with guided reflection and grounding practices. Sound is offered as a ceremonial form of listening –– an invitation to settle, attune, and reorganize together.
For Groups
Group sessions support:
- Collective regulation
- Emotional processing
- Transitional rituals
- Grief Tending
- Community Coherence
Each gathering unfolds organically, allowing the field of the group to guide the pacing and depth.
Sound can also be integrated into one-on-one sessions to support scar integration, nervous system
regulation, and energetic coherence.
I also work with land and place through sound and attentive presence, supporting energetic clearing and reorganization during times of transition or ceremony.
